Terms of use
The terms that apply to this site and to the kit and watch. Plain words, Queensland law, and the rights you keep.
The product
ISO 42105 Revision Checker publishes a free reference and a free check, a one-off document set at USD 799, and a monthly change watch at USD 49. The document set is delivered as digital files. The watch is an email alert. There is no metered API and no software licence to install.
The free pages are for reading. The paid files are for use inside the organization that buys them, including its advisers and auditors. They are not for resale, republication or inclusion in a competing product.
Our words, not the official text
Every requirement on this site is our statement of a held clause in our own words. It is not the official text of ISO/IEC 42105, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 42005, the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF 1.0. The FDIS body is not public and is not reproduced. Check the official text before you rely on a line for a legal, audit or certification purpose.
The public record facts are read from the ISO page on the date shown. The planning date is our arithmetic from the stage record, not an ISO announcement. The free check is arithmetic on your answers; it is not a compliance score, an audit or legal advice.
Names and text
ISO, IEC and the ISO/IEC designations are the trademarks of their holders. The EU AI Act is European Union law. NIST AI RMF is published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any of them. The names are used to identify the documents the site reads.
The site's own text, layout and files are copyright The Art of Service Pty Ltd. The photograph is used under the Pexels licence and is credited in the footer.
Limits that the law allows
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. To the extent the law permits, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or a decision made in reliance on a page, a check result or a file. The buyer is responsible for checking the official text and for its own compliance, audit and legal decisions.
Queensland, Australia
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If a term is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
