Five labelled rows, free
See the kit before you buy it
The first five units, with the columns the kit uses. This is a specimen: the rows are real, the owner, due date and status columns are blank because they are yours to fill.

02What the full file adds
The difference between the specimen and the kit
- All 47 units, not five.
- The 142-item evidence index with owner, date and status.
- The 120-day plan and the post-publication re-baseline.
- The board brief and the gap questions.
- PDF, CSV and XLSX in one download.
Label. This page is a specimen. It is not the paid file, it is not a substitute for the register, and the blank columns are deliberately blank.
03Evidence in the specimen
One evidence line from each row
- A register of internal and external issues, with a recorded decision on climate change
- A documented scope statement
- An approved policy with the four required elements
- A role matrix or RACI for the AI management system
- The risk assessment procedure
Every unit carries three evidence items on average. The index in the kit repeats them with the owner, the date and the status, so the auditor can trace a control to a file.
