One kit, one watch, no subscription to read

The price is the price

The record, the register, the definitions and the check are free. The kit is a one-off document set. The watch is a monthly email. There is no metered API and no procurement cycle.

02What is free

Everything you need to decide, free

The full register, all 47 unit pages, the 18 defined terms, the six themes, the publication record, the rules by market, the answers and the free check are open and indexed. Five labelled rows of the kit are free on the specimen page. The kit sells the working file and the dated plan, not the knowledge.

03What happens after payment

After checkout

  1. Stripe takes the payment and sends the receipt.
  2. Your account is created from the email you gave, with no sign-up form.
  3. The kit page shows the three files, and the same files are emailed to that address.
  4. If a file is missing, write to support@theartofservice.com from the paid address and it is sent the same working day.

The kit is a digital document set. If it is not what the page describes, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it. Nothing here limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

04The questions

Before you buy

Is the kit a subscription?

No. The kit is one payment of USD 799. The watch is the only monthly product, at USD 49 a month, and it is separate.

Do I need the kit if I only want the register?

No. The full register is free and indexed, one page per unit. The kit is the working spreadsheet, the evidence index, the dated plan and the board brief.

Is this legal advice or a certification?

No. It is a reference and a document set. It does not certify, it does not create a presumption of conformity and it is not legal advice. The FDIS is guidance, not a certifiable standard.

What if ISO publishes and the register is out of date?

The kit buyer receives the register reissued against the published text at no extra charge. The watch sends the stage change with the diff.

Can I get an invoice?

Stripe issues the receipt and the invoice to the email you give at checkout. For a purchase order, write to support@theartofservice.com first.
